Chef Ben Mchabcheb is an honors graduate of the French culinary institute L’École Hôtelière ad-Dyafa in Rabat. Chef Ben Mchabcheb trained extensively in French cuisine.
He lived in Chicago, worked at L’escargot Restaurant Kitchen with the late famous Chef Lucien Verge. Few years later, he moved to the Ritz Carlton to work with executive Chef Guitierez. Chef Mchabcheb was the executive at Cafe Bernard in Chicago.
An award-winning Chef, Ben Mchabcheb was featured on leading television and radio shows. Also, he contributed recipes and articles to newspapers such as Chicago Tribune and the Sun Times, and food magazines including Chicago Magazine, Bon Appetit, and Fine cooking magazines.
