You will learn in the basic cooking class:
Our chef will walk you through a simple step-by-step process that will allow you to come away from your class with a complete knowledge of crepe making. We will teach you the secrets of mixing and cooking the perfect crepe and galette, and then share a menu that highlights some of the delicious sweet and savory options. You will learn how to work with a buckwheat batter for the savory crepes, and a regular batter for the sweet crepes.
